Maintenance, Repairs and Installation Service Fees

Quality Assurance: We are committed to delivering the highest level of services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the work performed, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly.
Service Adjustments: ALL SERVICES PLUS reserves the right to adjust service pricing based on the specific conditions of the property or unforeseen challenges that may arise during the process. Clients will be promptly informed of any such adjustments along with photographs where applicable. 

Timing Adjustments

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Any cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments should be communicated to ALL SERVICES PLUS at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in additional costs.

Trip Charge: The cleaners arrives and the unit is not ready to be cleaned, due to:
  • Working Conditions not satisfactory 
  • ​The resident has not moved out
  • ​Unit inaccessible.

Emergency Service Request: Service requests submitted after operational hours for next day (6:00 p.m.) or Same Day service request.

Next Day Service Request: Service request is submitted for the next day, before the end of operational hours (6:00 p.m.).

Weekend Service Request: Service request submitted for work to be done on a Saturday or Sunday.

Payment Terms: All payment terms are set to a net 30 schedule from the date of invoice. Invoices will be sent promptly upon completion of the service. Late payments may incur an additional 2% monthly charge.
Photographic Documentation: To ensure transparency and accuracy, our team provides photographic documentation of any areas or conditions that may warrant additional charges. These photographs will serve as a reference for both parties and will be crucial in evaluating the need for specialized cleaning services.
Unsatisfactory Service: In the rare instance that a painting service does not align with the agreed Scope of Work or fails to meet the satisfaction of the community, ALL SERVICES PLUS is committed to swift resolution. We hold the right to deploy the team back to the property to rectify any identified issues or concerns. We believe in upholding the quality of our services and ensuring that your expectations are met. Open communication and collaboration are essential in our pursuit of providing exceptional experiences for your multifamily community.
